1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by ATIC India, located at 10 No. Market, E-3 114, 10 No. Stop, E-3, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462016. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services

ATIC India offers architectural, interior designing, turnkey projects, project management consultancy, urban planning, and construction and renovation services. The scope and duration of these services will be outlined in separate agreements based on project requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed terms mentioned in the contract. Any delays in payment may result in a suspension of services until dues are cleared.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Non-refundable deposits and charges will be clearly specified in the agreement.

5. Liability

ATIC India will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality

We ensure the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Any data shared with us will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts developed by ATIC India remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing these materials without prior permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
