Atic India designed a modern commercial cum residential building in Minal, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with a built-up area of approximately 2100 sq.ft. The project was envisioned as a refined mixed-use development that seamlessly combines commercial functionality with luxury residential living while maintaining a bold, contemporary architectural identity.

The ground and first floors were planned as premium commercial spaces with an elegant and highly visible façade treatment designed to create a strong urban presence. Large glass openings, clean geometric framing, curved architectural bands, decorative screen elements, and warm accent lighting together establish a sophisticated modern elevation that stands out both during the day and at night.

The second and third floors accommodate a luxury 3BHK modern duplex residence, thoughtfully designed to offer privacy, openness, and a premium lifestyle experience. The residential portion reflects a minimalist yet luxurious design approach, with spacious interiors, natural light, contemporary detailing, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections via balconies and terraces.

The project features a carefully balanced material palette including textured exterior finishes, modern glazing, decorative metal elements, premium surface treatments, and warm ambient lighting that enhance the overall visual appeal of the building.
